Hurricane Barry!

While opening our new The Lost Cajun® in San Antonio, Texas, I received a phone call late one afternoon from Barry. Barry had eaten at our locations in Frisco, Colorado and Breckenridge, Colorado on his annual ski trips with his friends from church. Each trip they had eaten the food at The Lost Cajun® and were always impressed with the food and the service, he always complimented the host about the concept and she informed him that there were franchise opportunities. Barry heard that we were in town opening a new The Lost Cajun®. Barry wanted to know if there was room for more The Lost Cajuns® in town. We agreed to meet the next morning to discuss the possibilities of more locations in the San Antonio market.

When Barry arrived, it was like a hurricane from the Gulf of Mexico, full of energy, totally encompassing and a bit overwhelming! Barry is the kind of guy that fills a room full of enthusiasm and excitement and man it is contagious! After a two-hour discussion, we decided that Barry would make a great Lost Cajun®! And after several weeks of prayer and soul searching, Barry decided to open 3 The Lost Cajuns® in north San Antonio.

Barry and his wife Judy have been married for over 30 years and have lived in San Antonio for over 18 and have two children. Barry has an undergraduate Marketing Degree and a Masters of Business Administration. Barry has over 30 years in the food service brokerage business and we are excited to bring in his expertise to help all of our franchisees. Barry is also on the board of Directors at the Mission Road Ministries and an Elder at the First Presbyterian Church in San Antonio.

Barry said was that it is his goal to have the best service in the entire system, that’s a high bar and a great goal! Welcome to the family!
