My San Antonio
The Colorado-based and Louisiana-inspired chain The Lost Cajun continues to expand in the San Antonio market. Barry Kruger, who has a three-unit development agreement with the brand, signed a lease at 226 W. Bitters Road and plans to open the first of his franchises before the end of the year. The deal comes seven months after Eric Bernal and Manuel Monterrey opened the city’s first Lost Cajun outpost at 5602 W. Hausman Road in March. The Lost Cajun was founded in 2010 and currently has 12 locations in four states. The restaurant serves a menu of gumbo, jambalaya, beignets and other Cajun and Creole staples.
